Terms of service.

Clarisell is operated from 199C Transport Nagar, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Clarisell, and “you” means the merchant using the service.

You need an account to use Clarisell. Give us accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you give access to.

While your plan is active and you are keeping to these terms, you may use Clarisell for your own business. That permission is not exclusive, and you cannot transfer it or hand it on.

Do not use Clarisell for anything unlawful. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute it. Do not scrape it or drive it with automated tooling other than the storefront widget we give you. Do not try to recover its source code, prompts, or models, or take them apart.

Do not use Clarisell to build or improve a competing product, and do not sign up on behalf of one. Do not work around usage limits or anything that counts your usage.

Connecting your store gives Clarisell access to your products, their photographs, your policies, and your order history, so it can answer shoppers about them. That access is yours to grant and yours to revoke. Revoke it in Shopify and Clarisell stops.

Your catalogue and your shoppers’ messages remain yours. You confirm you have the right to let us read and process them.

Clarisell holds conversations with your shoppers, and those conversations are held jointly by you and us. We use them to run the service, to show you what happened, and to improve the models behind it, including fine-tuning. We do not sell them and we do not publish them.

Clarisell replies to shoppers on your storefront and recommends products from your own catalogue. It is a language model. It can be wrong, and on occasion it will be. Check anything you intend to rely on. We are not responsible for a sale that did not happen, or one that did, on the strength of what it said.

Plans are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, in Indian rupees. Prices are shown in dollars for reference and collected in rupees.

Your plan includes a number of conversations. One conversation is one shopper session with the stylist, however long it runs and however many messages it contains. Sessions do not expire.

Going past your allowance either buys more automatically, if you switched that on, or waits until you buy more. We email you before you get there.

Cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part of a period, except where a plan states a guarantee of its own.

Clarisell itself, including its software, prompts, models and design, stays ours. Nothing here transfers any of it to you.

You can stop using Clarisell whenever you like. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we reasonably believe you are a competitor using it to compete. When access ends, the permission above ends with it.

Clarisell is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we give no warranties beyond those the law will not let us exclude.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost sales, or lost data. Where we are liable at all, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used Clarisell, what you put into it, or a breach of these terms, you cover our costs in dealing with it.

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it changed. Carrying on using Clarisell after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them goes to the courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, and to no others.
